Unfortunately, the IIS Management of the GoDaddy Control Panel does not show such a directory mapping. Furthermore, the version of IIS is being used is 6.0. Upgrading to 7.0 would require a deletion of the SQL Server 2000 Database prior to proceeding. In addition, (I believe, but am not sure) the manually-installed variation of DotNetNuke would have to be removed also.

Basicly I would suggest a upgrade of the Server and the SQL Server 2000 by security propose.  All Microsoft Versions 2000 are out of the Lifetimecycle!  About 2003 Versions would be end at least in 2014 I would use Windows Server and SQL Server 2008 R2 or 2012!

A backup of a existing working DNN instance as zip file and a database backup could be replaced on a new Server.  If it is possible to migrate the Server there is no need to uninstall anything.  Also the database could be migrated!
