how I can synchronize the profile photo to the same user on different dnn portals? I created a trigger that synchronizes all the user profile, but the profile photo is not displayed, I think is a folder/file permission problem

please note, we don't recommend using triggers particularly on core tables - they'll likely cause issues when you attempt to upgrade your site. As to synchronising, currently DNN will recognise a user is the same if the same username/password combination is used - this user will then only have 1 user and 1 profile entry, so synchronisation should not be needed. If this is not the case with the profile avatar, that is arguably a bug and should be logged to support.dnnsoftware.com so we can recognise when the same user is registering for a new portal and clone the image (or else make avatar images portal agnostic)

User profiles are website specific and only synchronized in website groups (you may create it using evoq or http://dnnportalgroups.codeplex.com), otherwise a trigger will be your only option, I fear. They should store fileid, which is unique for all websites - but might not be recognized across sites, in this case you will need to use a url or sync the files across website folders as well.

I need to synchronize only some properties of the profile, the same user can have different properties for each site, but the picture. among others, should be the same for all portals. I should sync the files across website folder, but I am not sure which table should be updated.

FileIDs are stored in files table,
User profile is stored in table UserProfile where propertyDefinitionID is derived from ProfilePropertyDefinition table.
