I am having a problem with the Feedback module. The emails are only being sent when the user is logged in. The module is on a page where anonymous users can send feedback. Please help I have a number of customers using this module.

  1. Email Tester on Host Settings page works fine
  2. Emails are sent fine when logged in
  3. It happens in both IE and Fire Fox.
  4. It happens with 'Send Email Asynchronously' turned off as well as on
  5. The red confirmation text does not display when logged off..

Adam,

Could you please check whether there is any emails sitting in your SMTP server and confirm that there are no emails being generated at all. If the email is being sent when the user is logged in, then this indicates that the email is being sent out successfully. However you are saying that for anonymous users, no email gets sent out (just confirming with you) ?

Sanjay,

Hello I can confirm that there are no emails being sent. No emails on the server nor in Spam forlder. It appears that the red notification text that is normally there after clicking 'send' is not diplaying either. When logged in I get the notification text and the emails.
