Just updated with the DLL mentioned above and now I get

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Feedback.Settings.LoadSettings() --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Not sure if it is to be considered an improvement or not :-)

I had the same problem. The problem occurs when I have the subject set, but not the category too. It would seem that you have to use a category (even if hidden) to get the new DLL to work. I now have hidden subjects that are set and sent in the email message.

Improwise - are you sure you are using the right version of the feedback module? Your error might indicate that you're trying to use a 4.4.3 dll with maybe a 4.4.2 version of the module? Also, could happen if you made some changes in the feedback module and recompiled?

I have updated the DLL, but still receive the following error when sending a test feedback when logged in as the host:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Input string was not in a correct format. ---> System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format. at System.Number.StringToNumber(String str, NumberStyles options, NumberBuffer& number, NumberFormatInfo info, Boolean parseDecimal) at System.Number.ParseInt32(String s, NumberStyles style, NumberFormatInfo info) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Feedback.Feedback.cmdSend_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e)
