Anyway, I downloaded the and reinstall it on my environment and I still don't see any improvement.

I agree with Aviv, I cannot locate an option to disable the requirement to enter an email address when submitting feedback in the feedback module.  In the feedback module settings I see where I can set other fields, such as the name field, to optional but not the email field.  I also received the error "Email Regex is required," as Aviv noted, when attempting to clear the email validation regex.  I have upgraded my DNN installation to version 5.6.2 and the feedback module to version 5.0.2. Any suggestions to set the email field in the feedback module to optional would be greatly appreciated.

In that the primary purpose of the Feedback module is to submit comments or questions via email it made little sense to make the sender's email field an optional one. Please add that as an enhancement request to the Feedback module's Issue Tracker at http://dnnfeedback.codeplex.com

Regarding disabling the regular expression validation of the email address field I did find that setting the email field's regular expression to an empty value does not disable validation as I thought it would but that too is a required field. You should be able to set the validation expression to .* (that's a dot followed by a star) which will validate any characters that are typed - but will still not allow the email form field to be left empty as you desire.
