OK, I got it added. I just added that code to the end of the skin.css and it's working. However, now when I click on a photo it still has the "About" floating near the top of the photo. If that can't be fixed, I'm ok with that. At least the comments section is now at the bottom and out of the way. "About" isn't that distracting up there.

Oh yeah, didn't see that there. Just add the following to the skin.css exactly like you did before
.gal-item h3, .ceRight h3 {clear:both}

Note these additions to the CSS are very much hacks - not best practice but quick and dirty fixes for the specific problem. The optimal way to do things would be to rewrite the module CSS file so it was more accommodating of different layouts.
