it looks like you are using a non-empty ObjectQualfier and I assume, that the installation procedure for the 3rd party module lacks of OQ support, Check your database for a stored procedure dbo.GetOnlineUserStatistics or dbo.UOR_GetOnlineUserStatistics and rename it to dbo.DS_UOR_GetOnlineUserStatistics

Hi Sebastian

I looked in the stored procedures and I have two entries and the owner on both are dbo

  • DS_UOR_GetOnlineUserStatistics
  • GetOnlineUserStatistics

The first one I assume is for the DNNspired module and the second one is the core module. Is there a conflict? Is that the problem? I am happy to use the core usersonline module, but have beenreading all of these posts trying to finid and answer to why it has stopped working and thought I would try the DNNspired module to see if it made any difference. Any ideas what I can, or should be doing?

Sebastian,

I will post the solution on gemini, its been on my todo list for too long now :)

Angeles,

I am not sure what is going wrong. You are correct the stored procedure "DS_UOR_GetOnlineUserStatistics" is for the DNNSpired module, and GetOnlineUserStatics is for core module.   Both can exist without conflict.  It is odd that the error you recieved read that the stored procedure did not exist, but you have the stored produce in your list.   May I suggest you try to execute the store procudure through the managment studio.

I have shrank my DB, cleared all logs, and tried everything people have suggested but still no luck. The UsersOnline table does contain users so it is populating the table, but cannot get the core module to display the data or the DNNspired module to work at all. The core module is stuck at the number of users since it stopped working even though many have joined, and the latest user stuck, and everything else is zero now

Not sure how to execute it from the management studio. SQL command?

When I try to execute the stored procedure by clicking on the Generate SQL button in the MSSQL Manager I get the following error.

Error 424

Object required

SQLDMO must be installed on your server so that this option is available.
