Please make sure, that both connection strings in your web.config file are identical, AFAIR Users Online still uses the 2nd one.

Otherwise I will need to validate UsersOnline with 4.9.1.

I have chacked. The both are filled correctly. however I think if this issue was due connection string the User Online module won't work ate all, but it still shows regestred users correctly and does not show users online summary at all. Also I have Ventrian module "where are they" and it does not work as well.

Yael,

sidenoet: both, UsersOnline and WhereTheyAre are from Scott McCulloch, but this should not cause any issue.

If you have direct access to the database, you might call the stored procedures OnlineUsers and OnlineUserStat, to verify, that those are executed correctly and to separate, whether the issue is IN the database or ON the web server in the module accessing it. Sorry for those small steps, but it is difficult to analyse issues in a system, you don't have access to.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
