I noticed that on the dnn site it states that Iframe is ie only and does not work in Netscape.  Can some one explain this?  Is this likely to change?
I loaded the Iframe home page in Netscape and it seemed to work to me.  Are there specific things that it has problems with?  I appreciate the help.

In older versions of Netscape - namely 4.x - there wasn't any support for the <iframe> tag. This is why it says that. As far as I know, it works in Nestcape 6.0+, IE 4.0+, and any version of Opera, Safari, and Firefox.

One note for the future, however, is that the <iframe> tag is not supported in XHTML Strict - it is in Transitional and Frameset. I'll have to do some research on this to figure out what the suggested practice is, but I think it is to use the <object> tag. Then again, this isn't anything you'll have to worry about right now, anyway We, the IFrame team, will make sure we get it working in every possible browser that we can. Just let us know if you run into problems anywhere or if you have any suggestions.

Dear

I've try to use the Iframe and this works good in Windows Explorer.
Like I thought, not in Mozilla Firefox. The page which I refer too opens, but you see the last line and the window goes over the title of the container...

I'm pleased to hear that you work on the possibility that the Iframe works also in 'new' browsers.

I know for a fact that iframes are supported in IE, Opera, and all versions of Firefox. I'm not sure how you got to the point you are at, but it should work the same way is does in IE. I use Firefox almost exclusively.
