I upgraded DNN from 4.0.3 -> 4.3.4 -> 4.3.5 and I didn't have the Media Module from the drop down on the last two. I will try the way you described we'll see how it goes. Thanks

Download Media Install package and install it as you would any regular module. Don't worry about not finding it in installation. I am not sure which version of DNN Media module came first with but it's not included in upgrades - only in new installs. And the same goes for the rest of the modules - if you need the latest version, download it from the site and install it.

By the way, you don't need to worry any special rules about downloading it. Just put it anywhere on your comp from where you'll choose it when you are on Upload New Module page of your DNN site.
