is this viewprofile page actually the dnn core user profile page?



Another option is to use one of the 3rd party solutions - like the Smart-Thinker UserProfile module - it is a templated view of the core data, so people can change how it looks using tokens, and it integrates with a Private Messages module etc.

Here's an example of a custom template on PokerDIY.

As you can see there some more cool stuff like "My Friends" etc. as well...

Sure... well in view of your question:

I would just edit the viewprofile page if you are time constraints, although it depends on your requirements - I do not like hacking the core, but it may be quicker than writing a new UserProfile module.

Rodney, Hi I am Christian and we have aportal in DNN (v4.8.2) with over 200K users and we are looking a solutions to display avatars and other stuff of the user profile (particulary we have a custom user profile) the URL is: http://www.materna.com.ar we are from Argentina.

I was play some with the pocker site and that is cool, but can you share with me some Skins, Module Templates or containers to see how can we implement in our site?
