After installing survey pa file my whole DNN 4.08 site is now crashed with a "Compilation Error".  Yes there is a DotNetNuke.Modules.Survey.dll and Survey.SqlDataProvider.dll (but from Nov 2006)

Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Compiler Error Message: BC30560: 'DataProvider' is ambiguous in the namespace 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Survey'.

Remove the DotNetNuke.Modules.Survey.dll and Survey.SqlDataProvider.dll files from the /bin directory and the site will be fixed.

I also got My whole site crashed after upgrading the survey module

gets the following error when trying to open the site

Notes:

The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

 if deleting the dll's as mentioned before does not help, follow the instruction and modify the web.config setting CustomErrors="Off" to get details displayed.
