I just tested it and it worked fine for me. When you don't get a post back double check the whole page and make sure it hasn't thrown an error (it'll show up in red text).

When you tested it, did you get use a URL or attempt to upload a file from your local system?  I've been able to get the URL part to work without a problem, but the file aspect is that is causing the issues for me.

When I tested yesterday the template you were using only allowed URLs. I just tested again with a .zip file without any problems uploading. If you uploading different file types you have to make sure they're allowed under Host->Host Settings.

OOOOhhhhhhh!

I didn't know the file uploading option was dependent on the template chosen!  Sorry for the hassle, and thanks for the help.

It doesn't have to be. You can change a template to match what you want it to be. My suggestion is to download the documentation. It has a great section on templating.
