The Types DotNetNuke.Modules.Repository.UserUpload & DotNetNuke.Modules.Repository.EditRepository are missing

the classes are not included as codebehind files and are not compiled in the DLL either

The corresponding ASCX files, userupload & editrepository are unable to build obvious deu to the missing parent class. This doesn't severly limit functionality on IIS wich compiles ASCX on a per request basis. BUT under visual studio the site is compiled in its entirety so the build failes because to the missing code. (Adding the classes as codebehind files fixes the problem, but isn't a solution, these 2 classes should be included in the DLL as is done with every other core module)

I use DNN 4.0.3 starter kit and the binairy releases of all core modules. I can attest that this issue is introduced in the latest build. repo 3.1.8 did not interupt my build process

...uhm.. am I right this is true for rss.aspx, too? there is no corresponding .vb / . resx file -> build errors.

(removed it and rebuild ok. just to be sure about that)
