I added about 200 categories.  And it is very slow (over 20 seconds).  I don't really see much differnce with or without the indexes of those tables.   So it doesn't seem like it helped. 

btw, how can I get a list of ALL the table names created/used by the repository module.  (I just want to play around and maybe index as much of the tables as I can possibly... and see if I can make improvement.  I will post my results here.)  Thanks

all of the table names and stored procedures start with 'grm'
