Ahh see, cracked it Mike, Thanks.

I allowed .html format in host settings, and inserted my column headers in [] brackets and formatted brackets with basic html. Such as
<h2>[Date]</h2>
<p>[Name]</p>

Mark,

Be real careful about allowing .HTM/.HTML files. If you allow ANY kind of registration for users, spammers will upload .HTML files as part of their profiles and use them to deliver spamvertising ads.

If you modify the \DesktopModules\Reports\Visualizers\HTML\Settings.ascx file, you can add other file extensions (such as txt) to the options for HTML visualizer files. I'd definitely suggest adding TXT to the file types for HTML visualizers so that you don't have to keep allowing, then prohibiting the upload of HTM(L) files.

We don't allow users to register, so I presume we will be ok with allowing .html files?

We'd definitely like to have the ability to format the columns that are pulled in from the database  - as it's used for displaying snippets of the latest news articles on the home page - so I thought that html file was the only file extension which could do that? thanks.
