Is there anyway to make a change in the UDT version 03.04.00?

It ís not an easy change and requires changes to a couple of files. Basides, any custom solution might not migrate when installing a future version of the UDT module.

When upgrading to the next release of the UDT module, are you saying there might be a migration problem if a small change to the prior module has occurred? If no changes to the module has occurred does the upgrade usually go smoothly?

Yes, smooth upgrades are important. They are tested as part of the release process. And yes, a UDT upgrade runs usually very smoothly.

However if you are running a modified version of UDT, this might cause issues. We simply don't know about your modifications, so this can not be adressed by us.
