Dear Experts

I have a strange problem in the form & list module i gave all permissions to the subscribed users to edit records and add new records , one of the column is Rich Text(HTML) data type , when the admin add some code for a video player it is accepted the video plays while when a normal user add the same code for the video player it is not accepted nothing appers just white spaces  . this my problem can anyone help , i don't know where to search any advice is appreciated.

When i give the same permissions on the HTML module the users can add the same code without any problem it is very confusing !!!!!!

sorry i wrote that the admin can add the code succefully i was wrong only the host can

please any help

Can you please post some example code?

Currently I see nothing wrong in here, as you can set up the video player in XSL script or a calculated column. Your users would then only enter the URL of the film or maybe also  other properties like width and height.

Dear Stefan

Here is the code i use , everything is fine when the host paste the code in the basic text editor but if the admin or users who have permissions paste it in the basic text editor it shows nothing also when they return to the edit mode the code is deleted automaticly

Disable "Filter entry for markup code or script input" in Settings-> form and List Settings.
