Hi Stefan

I am thinking of using google map api with XSLT  with list of ( employe name ,address,longtitute,latitute )

Is that possible by FnL

The simplest solution is to place the Google Map for example in a Html Module, and to render javascript calls from a calculated column which shows the record on the map. No XSLT required. You don't need to pass longitude or latitude, address is normally enough.
