This error can't be the source for your trouble. As you see in the error type, the error is a custom error (UserDefinedTable.UnknownDataTypeException) is already catched directly in the module. It is just a help if a datatype is really missing. It can only occur on application start, and it fixes itself.
I am 100% sure that it cant cause an Application Recycle. Instead, it is a sign that the recycle already has happened before.

You are correct. Since posting my previous post I have moved my site to a new Hosting Provider. I no longer get the 503 error. I think it's something wrong with my previous providers server setup. However, this error still crops up within my Event Log... Not sure if it's any type of serious issue or not.

I just hate seeing any error in the EventLog that happen consistently. I've debated creating a custom Module where I manipulate and store the data myself and remove the Form & List module completely so as to avoid these errors.
