Hi, I'd like to hide a record from the list for a while, until it is needed again in a few months. What is a good strategy for this?

What I have done so far is created a field named "Archived" and created a filter to show the records which are not archived:

[Archived_UDT_Original]<>'True'

Problem is, even the administrator cannot see the archived records anymore. I'd prefer a technique that would allow the administrator or a member of an editor role may still see the record. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks in advance!

The filter is specified per page reference, i.e. you may create a reference to the module on an admin page, where the admin will get displayed all entries.

Hi, Mary Sanz!
Thanks for your useful comment.
It appears to me that your comment was ONLY added to promote your links to your website listed in your profile and your signature, although I could be mistaken.
Aside from calling you out on this, let me add some USEFUL information to the original post.

Sebastien's suggestion is correct, Mark. You'll need another instance of the F&L module on another page with different filter settings.

I also do this on a site to make it easier for users to find and edit THEIR records in the module.

Thank you Sebastian and Mike. I had thought a second Form & List module would be connected with a second set of records and therefore no help.

But if you choose to add an existing module (Form & List) instead of a new one, then you can have a second display of the records shown in another Form & List module. Makes sense now! And it was the perfect solution for my need.
