I'm getting the following error message when I select "Users" under Common Tasks:

Error: User Accounts is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.HtmlUtils.FormatEmail(String Email) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Users.UserAccounts.DisplayEmail(String Email) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Any ideas or suggestions for troubleshooting this?

Thanks

I am guessing one of the email address values has nothing in it.  I would first check your admin account by clicking the user token and updating your email address there if necessary.

I am getting the same error, I checked all the email address's and they are all there. I got the error simply by making myself a superuser while using active directory.  I am using server 2003 and SQL 2000.

I'm getting this error too.

All email addresses look fine in the users table.

I was getting this error in 3.0.13, then I upgraded to 3.2.2 and I'm still getting this error.  I thought it was a problem in the module, but now that I upgraded and I still get the error, I am assuming it has something to do with a problem in the data coming from the database.
