If you need comments as part of a module, I think you should either develop a new module or a re-usable control since many modules can take advantage of comments.

You need to download one of the previous DotNetNuke full source downloads and it will have discussions included. I would try one of the first 3.x releases.

To demonstrate the use of LLBLGen Pro, Aricie chose to reinstate the module discussion, sunsetted by the Core team not long ago. This recovery Discussion module allows authorized users to exchange comments in a very simple way, and we like it.
