I have enjoyed making the forum module 'my module', althought it has taken some time. While I wish I could provide everyone a better answer as to a release date, I am also taking full advantage of this time byt fixing problem still showing up by my beta team. While waiting for a security review, I have been able to reduce the number of hits to the db and fix other small quarks brought forth by the beta team. I am sure there are plenty who wish the module was already released, myself being one, I am starting to appreciation the time spent on the security audit as I have found it to be helpful in elminating bugs/errors that would have only been noticed once the module was publicaly released.

Agains, I thank you and everyone else for their patience.

A big THANKS to the core team for the release tracker!!  (When it gets here- grin)  I think this will make the DNN experience much better. I think the difficulty most people have had in the past is not that a module isn't here yet or the length of time it takes for a new module to release but it was the lack of information while waiting. Personally, I never mentioned anything about this in the forums because I also like to know what new/updated modules are coming up and didn't want the powers that be to clam up because of all the "is it here yet posts".

The public release tracker should fix most all of these problems!!  Of course the tracker will still need to be updated once in awhile............

Thanks again!!
