Yes, thanks - this is a temp solution using the Role, but the user will just create a new user account - ideally it needs to be at module level and by IP address. Hopefully this will make it into the Forum module at some point in the future - I guess we don't have many problem users on DotNetNuke.com ;)

Rodney,

You're absolutely right. Getting another user account is a work around for this user.

However if you would be able te ban them on ip this would make it more difficult for such a user. But if they just make sure that they get another ip (or login from a different connection) then they still would have access to the forum.

So i guess this battle will continue

Yeah, I guess it is just varying levels of resistance to their attempts and hopefully the effort will discourage them...
