The item you are discussing is a "feature" of a module developed with multiple view controls.  it is known as Isolation, when a module renders a different control, such as "Post" DNN renders ONLY that module and it uses the Admin skin setting as specified for the page/portal.

You CANNOT change this behavior, your only option is to update the Admin Skin setting to use the same skin that you are using for other parts of your site.

In release 5 there is no Admin skin its called Edit skin.
