If you are logged in as a host you can't by default settings delete.  The Host have no admin rights.  So please add the Host user to the Edit permissions, or login as a admin.  I am sure you can then delete that post.

Matthias - Thanks again for your response on this matter. I have logged in as Host as well as Admin and am not able to delete the post/thread because once I click on the thread to open (and therefore delete) I receive the following error message: A critical error has occurred. Value cannot be null. Parameter name: value. Is there another way to delete the thread/post? Thank you for you patience and assistance in this matter. Have a great day!

I only see at time one way.  About this tables are using ForignKeys, you can delete the post in the table manuelly, with the SQL Management Studio (Express) and then the rows.

At time I didn't found a real way without braking changes that would made the Forum not upgardable for common versions.  So the manuelly way ist at time the ebst solution.
