* Bump *

Hey y'all I understand the pressures and the race to finalize code and get it out, and I really do appreciae that and the fact that you are donating your time and efforts to this module, but it would be nice to at least hear just a quick comment on the status of the new release for the forum module.

It has been some time and a few days has past.  Now don't think I am tying to berate or belittle simply put it would be a great boost the communities confidence if we could just get a bit of info.

Thanks

Caddy

Caddy,

Chris is on a (well-deserved) break at the minute, hence the lack of reply. At the minute we are dogfooding the new release on dotnetnuke.com, and have noticed 1 or two minor issues (both in the 3.11 code and the forum code). Once these are fixed, both will be released, but you will probably see dnn 3.11 released first, followed a few days later by the forums update once Chris has had a chance to implement the required changes.

I have one question as I am not really finding a precise and clear answer on this anywhere at this time.  Currently when I click on My Settings, Manage Forum and the Add Word link on Manage Filtered Words I get the following error.

A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I would like to know if this has been addressed at any other location and what the possible fix could be for this.  Until I am able to find out how to get around this I am unable to truly test the power of DotNetNuke and I would really love to give this platform a good run.  I greatly appreciate any help from anyone that is really to take the time required to actually answer this question as I am pretty sure it is most likely already answered some place else.  Unfortunately I have been unable to date locate this information at any other post.
