you might need to install the latest Telerik upgrade from dotnetnuke.codeplex.com (Other downloads). Another option would be switching to ckeditor (dnnckeditor.codeplex.com)

I tried the RadEditorProvider with no luck, so I removed it.  I have uninstalled the Telerik 6.0.0 that I had previously installed - same error in Forum.  BTW: The RadEditorProvider is still running when I go to edit something.
I am trying to install the CKEditor, but the module/extension installer (CKHtmlEditorProvider_1.12.10_Install_...) returns the following:
This package does not appear to be a valid DotNetNuke Extension as it does not have a manifest. Old (legacy) Skins and Containers do not contain manifests. If this package is a legacy Skin or Container Package please check the appropriate radio button below, and click Next.
Am I missing something?
Edit: I just looked inside the ZIP file and I see that the packages are in there.

I have installed the CKEditor, which I like, but the Forum module still suffers.  My conclusion is that there is a problem with DNN 5.6.2 and Forum 5.x
I get the same error from Forum 5.0.0, but Forum 4.5.3 works.  I am going to restore my 5.6.1 site and try that.

I have reactivated my 5.6.1 website - and everything appears to be working perfectly.  The Forum 5.0.1 module is working, and I installed the CKEditor.

I did not restore my database backup.  The 5.6.1 site is accessing the database as updated by the 5.6.2 upgrade.

Will that pose a problem?

Thanks for all of your help!
