I am having this issue as well and is preventing me from upgrading my site.

Any help would be most appreciated.

These are the xml files in Forum\Resources\ folder and they all start with _.

I will check to see if they were not in the release package for some reason, but if these are not edited there should be no reason for error on an upgrade.

I found the answer in another thread.  It seems that one of the template settings in the host settings was set to a new one that I had created.  I switched them all to DNNSilver just for the upgrade then set them to simply clean after the upgrade.
