This is a problem with the forum.config object getting wiped out of cache and not getting reloaded.  So whenever it tries to access a non-static method property, the object is null.  I don't know why it happens or how to fix it.  Are you all getting an application restart right before the object ref not found?  I've been able to minimize when it happens but couldn't eliminate it entirely, so I switch forum modules until the next release...

I'm not sure why this works, but I added the following to the a header on the forum page.

<%@ OutputCache Duration="30" Location="Server" VaryByParam="None" VaryByCustom="CMSPosting" %>
I think it may force the cache's to refresh. Whatver it does, the result is that the critical error has gone away. I would like if someone could also try it out and see if they get the same results.

I need to restate the above. The error does not go completly away, it just appears less often. Still not sure why, but unless I can find a better solution, moving to a different package is sounding like the only option.
