New users were being added to the Forum's Manage Users section when they visit the site.  Something happened where that is no longer happening.  I had deleted some users from the portal that have contributed to the forums.  Since then, I have received the following error when a new user clicks a forum, because their Forum_Users record is not being created.

A critical error has occurred.
INSERT statement conflicted with COLUMN FOREIGN KEY constraint 'FK_Forum_ThreadsRead_Forum_Users'. The conflict occurred in database 'strengthtechcom', table 'Forum_Users', column 'UserID'. insert The statement has been terminated.

Anyways, I will look into this and correct for the next release.  WIthout looking, I am not sure how it handles this but I assume you have found a bug.

Thank you for looking into it.  If I come across anything of interest, I'll post here.  By the way, manually entering a row in Forum_Users fixed the problem.  So looking for code that adds users and why that might fail (and why it isn't erroring out) is probably a good place to start.

(P.S. My rubber bands fell off years ago, but these staples refuse to come out!)

I'm receiving this same error message.  Anyone who registers on my site (www.celebritycouples.net) is getting this error when they view existing threads.  Oddly, people who had accounts when that thread was created are able to get in fine.  Non-logged in visitors are fine as well.

This is a showstopper bug on our site, any word when it could be addressed?

The problem w/ this 'show stopper' is that to my knowledge it has happend to two people.  If I were in your shoes I would also consider it a show stopper but I would be concerned it was something else I did.  In the case of Lou, he deleted users and this may be leading to the errors.  I assume you have done something or had users unregister which caused this.  All I can say is that I am looking into it for the next releease and if anyone finds any possible reasons that are causing this, they should post here.
