I would love to use the wiki module in the real world even though the current version does not have all the functionalities I would like to have. I am just wondering if this module is stable enough for me to use in the real world. I have played with it and found that I can not delete any Chinese content (in Chinese) added to the module even though I cleared the cache. I am worried there are other bugs that might give me a hard time if I use it.

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

I use it on a few real world sites, and we use it here on DotNetNuke.com for some Core Team pages.

Granted, I believe there are some issues with Unicode, which we hope to fix in a future release, but the module works well here in the USA. I must admin, I don't speak any other languages, so it's harder for me to test things out in a multicultural environment, though I've been doing a bit over the past few weeks with another module, that knowledge will definitely bleed over into the Wiki module's next few releases.

Well too bad it looks like I can not use it for now. Yes the English part works fine so far. I use the module in the USA too but I need people to input content in different languages besides English when necessary . I thought DotNetNuke normally support unicode very well.

I look forward to the new version. Your work is much appreciated.

Please explain why you couldn't use it for real.

I need objective opinions, because i am about opening new part on my portal http://HaveARest.net. I need Wiki + Forum + Community + Some other module(news, faq, etc).
The most important is Wiki and than forum. I've looked Forum already and think it's ok to use.
But not sure about Wiki, i think there is no List, Category and some other stuff in WikiMedia sense. It's hard to create Forum, Questioning and real articals.

Please, correct me if iam wrong and say objective and serious opinions.

Thank you in advance.

Slatvick, the module works in quite a few scenarios, odove has problems with it due to unicode for other languages other than english. We'll do our best to resolve that issue in a future release.
