Hello Chris,

Can you tell me the status of the Wiki project? We have been using the wiki module for a few months now and are very happy with it. But I keep checking for the new release because I am very interested in the new print-friendly feature, because many people here would like to print Wiki-pages without the main headers.

Thanks,
Judith

Judith, I am working on getting the project ramped back up in the next few weeks. Keep tabs on the Wiki blog here on DotNetNuke.com and you'll see when we post updates about the project.

Right now, we have the project setup on Codeplex so as we make changes and check those into the source control they will be immediately available there on Codeplex.

Chris

Chris,

Any update on this? Estimated timeframe for next functional release?  Product roadmap?

Thanks,

Steve

Steve, I've not had any luck recruiting new team members so things have been slow lately but I've been doing some development. I'd like to get a bug fix release submitted to the release process by the end of April. There are a few minor bugs now, and then the biggest thing will be making sure the module passing the XHTML validation tests.

After that will come the big overhaul which I would hope for completion this fall. I'll try to get a test version of the module out on codeplex in the next two weeks with the bug fixes so people can start testing things out. I had hoped to have a test version out already but am running into a few issues that still need resolved.

Anyone who wants can always download the latest code from Codeplex www.codeplex.com/dnnwiki and compile their own release for testing.

C
