Additionally i found that all Ajax functions aren't working anymore.

When you select admin -> Site Settings and try select the + to expand the Advanced settings the page is completely refreshed.

Arno,

I am a bit confused as to your post.  The original post here demonstrates how to fix an issue.  You seem to be saying you are having issues with Windows 2003 server.  Can I ask you a couple questions.  

Are you experiencing the problem when browsing from a browser that is hosted in Windows 2003 Server or do you get it from any browser / OS combination?  What combinations of OS and browsers have you tried?  Could you provide a url for us to review?
