but i don't know whare i will add this code in user controal and add this usercobntrol to dnn or in custom module or what?

and is there any way to add this control direct to page i created inside DNN

You can't add this control direct to DNN page(tab).

You have to develop dnn module and put  the tabstrip control in to .ascx file
