Yay... Take Me to the Community!

Welcome to the DNN Community Forums, your preferred source of online community support for all things related to DNN.

Having also had problems with the Client API, I can sympathize with your position. I can also sympathize with the DNN team who have worked hard on getting the system working, and I know from running my own software development team, that creating good documentation is not a simple task - and the very last person to do it should be the actual developer of the code.

I think the problem is that the documentation does not have enough simple examples that just just demonstrate very basic principles. Having spent the last four days trying to get the NodeClick event to work (still without success) by reading thru over-complex example code is quite frustrating.
