please validate, if the same issue occur on a page with ASCII characters only in Page name.

Here is the answer of my hosting provider:

The error is happening because of invalid URL-

http://domain.com/%D0%9A%D0%BE%D0%BD%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BA%D1%82%D0%B8/tabid/59/Default.aspx

After removing the Bulgarian path "%D0%9A%D0%BE%D0%BD%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BA%D1%82%D0%B8" we could access the site without any trouble-

http://domain.com/tabid/59/Default.aspx

You need to correct the path in your DNN settings to fix this issue.

 

How is the best way to do that and the proper way too? Anyone knows?

The web site is working well on local machine, but i tested it again anf agian. The same error situation on the provider. Any ideas?
