I am sorry for my post about the 5 years. I was wrong. It's more than 5 years Back in 2003 it was "promised" to be included in next releases. At least features like tabs localization and Module titles. In the OpenForce era it has been on the agenda since 2007. On todays website its scheduled for release 5.2.0.

And now we know its not scheduled yet..

Maybe the historical record make me a little sceptical that this feature ever will be a feature in the CE version but I hope I am wrong and a superb solution will meet the market in this decade.

I will belive in it when I see it

Hello,

thanks for the kind offer. No, we don't offer any way to donate to projects, or sponsor features. There's lots of other ways to support e.g. purchase PE, buy sponsorship or even purchase modules on snowcovered.com

At the minute DotNetNuke Corporation are hired a number of new staff and will continue to do so, so I expect more resource availability (including myself), and some movement on this area in the near future.

Jan, your persistent negative, sarcastic posts are boring and unproductive. Your dates are also inaccurate, http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Development... details the static localisation enhancement which states that content localisation wasn't even being considering in Nov 2005 (3.2), with the first enhancements coming in late 2009 (so 4 years if youre counting). However, I don't really care to argue about dates , this has been on the agenda for quite some time but lack of resources have meant it wasn't realistic. It now is, hence why we're working on it. I've tried to provide as much up to date information as I can, but as I don't control resourcing or roadmap I can't give exact dates.

Hum.... I will also stay with the "I believe it when I see it opinion".

If in the past you said you would do this and nothing changed.. what can make us believe it will now? I don't think its that hard to set up a team to deal with this if you do have the resources, its clear that in the past you also had the resources, they were just pointed in other direction...

But well, I do hope you're speaking of a soon future :)

Sorry Cathal if I step on your toes.

I understand that you don't care aboute argue about dates. Just do a search on XXL and Dotnetnuke and you will find that my dates are accurate.

I have also some documents saved in this matter to recall my memory.

It's below my dignity to comment your judgement of my posts.

Maybe an advice to take the life with more smiles and sence of  humour.
