Seb, I helped Cagdas to solve his issue. Here is the short summary.

He installed DNN 5.6.2, then decided to go with adding Turkish Language Pack. Prior to installing it, he accidentally enabled Turkmen interface, instead of Turkish one. The image he posted earlier is the result of enabling Turkmen interface. Not sure, what i have done. But i was able to reproduce the issue. Now, I'm working on a new virtual environment and i will be able to reproduce this with dnn 5.6.2 and dnn 6.0 ctp 3.

I'll report back here.
