for LSP you need to redo translation to es-PR, if you did before for es-ES.
Switch to Spanish and edit page settings and enable translation of modules.

Thanks Sebastian for your efforts.

The issue was resolved after creating the new Spanish (Puerto Rico) language & given Fallback language reference to Spanish(Spain, International Sort) language.

Thanks Sergey. In future if I need some additional information surely I will contact you.
