The current "static" (only UI) localization methods of DNN allows for the easy creation of localized DNN versions (what other web applications do you know that allow for people to select the UI language online and real timxe?).

Dynamic localization is a whole different ball game. There are some modules out there that can give you some sense of having a true multilangingual portal, but its far from perfect. We are working hard to come up with solutions that are generic enough to benefit most module developers (ie, we are trying to find ways to make it a lot easier for module developers to create multilingual modules)

Until dnn itself offers ML modules, please have a look at third party modules, such as locopon, and myself....
