Been on leave :)  OK try this.

Run this query and make sure you dont have any sprocs that like they are duplicates

select * from dbo.sysobjects
where name like '%Help%' and OBJECTPROPERTY(id, N'IsProcedure') = 1

You should get a list like this

Help_AddCategory
Help_AddCategoryFromImport
Help_AddTutorial
Help_AddTutorialFromImport
Help_CategorySetLevel
Help_CategorySetVisibility
Help_DeleteCategory
Help_DeleteTutorial
Help_GetCategory
Help_GetCategoryModules
Help_GetMaximumTutorialCategoryViewOrder
Help_GetTutorial
Help_GetTutorialsByModule
Help_ListCategory
Help_ListCategoryActive
Help_ListCategoryActiveByParent
Help_ListCategoryByParent
Help_ListTutorial
Help_ListTutorialAlphabetical
Help_SearchTutorials
Help_TutorialAddToCategory
Help_TutorialCategoryList
Help_TutorialDeleteCategory
Help_UpdateCategory
Help_UpdateTutorial
Help_UpdateTutorialViewOrder

I think you may have some messed up sprocs in your db.
