Hi all,

I just configured my DNN to work with AD. But there is a problem... DotNetNuke user profile fields are 'shifted' - 'First Name' shows first and last name from AD, 'Last Name' shows domain name and email adress is in wrong format - 'john doe@...' instead 'jdoe@...'

Can anybody point me in right direction - what problem it might be ?

Setup: DNN 4.5.3 recently updated to 4.5.4 running on W2k3

TIA

Lukas

Sorry I meant to answer this earlier and forgot about it. Do you have access to look at the AD user objects? The only time I've seen this is if the fields aren't properly populated in the AD.

Hi Mike, thanks for an answer - I am logged in to AD as an Administrator, so I believe I do have an access. Do you have any idea how can I check this ?

Open up Active Directory Users and Computers and find the user object that you know you're having problems with. Right-Click and check the properties and make sure all the fields are correctly filled in.
