Try using impersonation in your web.config. I've got an example on Page 6 of the documentation download at http://dnn.gmss.org.

Installed ActiveDirectory 1.0.2 beta yesterday and with "<add name="Authentication" type="DotNetNuke.Authentication.ActiveDirectory.HttpModules.AuthenticationModule, DotNetNuke.Authentication.ActiveDirectory" />" enabled in my web.config, I get an error:

Error: 'Sys' is undefined

and debuged to these two lines:

Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManager._initialize('ScriptManager', document.getElementById('Form'));
Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManager.getInstance()._updateControls([], [], [], 90);

If I disable "<!-- add name="Authentication" type="DotNetNuke.Authentication.ActiveDirectory.HttpModules.AuthenticationModule, DotNetNuke.Authentication.ActiveDirectory" / -->" in web.config, then I do not get the error.

Also the error only appeared once I installed ActiveDirectory 1.0.2 beta.

Thanks.

Hi Jerry

I had another user who also got that error and I've done a fix for it but I haven't put it up for download. I've got a little bit more testing to do today (in between meetings) and then I'll post it.

I've just posted a new beta that fixes the javascript error problem.

Please note that the provider package installer will not update the .dll if it is the same version (01.00.02) as what's already installed so you either have to manually copy the .dll to the bin\Providers directory or uninstall the current provider.
