Hi Pete,

You can add a Wall against a Group, Profile, Event or any module that supports an ID in the querystring. You can then set up the perms for that module against each type. So for exampe, I added it to the Group Detail page, and I can set it to so that only Group Members of that group can post (you do this at the top level, not for each group). If it is a Private Group then only group members can see the wall and post.

Hello, just thought i would post a solution, that requires a little working but does the job ( this was to allow eah user when logging in to see their ow private message without adding a new module for each user )

By using the UDT ( user defined table) and setting it for veiw only own entries, To do this requires you re set the users pass ( for me thats fine in my case ) the in the modle settings add that user and allow that user edit rights. Log out and log in as the user you can create a new row in the UDT with thier name, once this is done, log out and log back in as the admin and remove the user from edit rights, the data in the field can be edited by the admin at any time from then on. and will only be visable to the user on log in. ( you would need to email a new change of pass to the user ).

If there was an option similar to repositry that allows to re assign the authour then this would be easier but very happy to have this, thanks to the UDT team , appreciated.

Pete
