So I got AD working.  But now Im auto-logged in.  How do I switch over to my Host account so I can administer the Portal?

I put a links module in with this link

http://server/dotnetnuke/Home/tabid/36/ctl/Login/Default.aspx

and it takes me to the login form.  YMMV - I don't know if this is the standard tabid for all versions.  But it helps to have a link here.  Try removing your cookie also, sometimes that really helps when switching roles.  You may want to designate an AD account as a superuser in your portal, as a way in if you get really stuck.

Tab 36 is the homepage tab. Basically you can put ctl/Login/Default.aspx on the end of any page.

I tried to login as Host using the login form, but it keeps my Active Directory account logged in.  I hate the idea of setting my AD account up as Host since the site looks different then the end users are seeing.  Unfortunately I don't have another network account I can use.  Is there no way to override AD to login as Host?
