Bingo!!! I'll have to do some digging but there was a problem with the way I was doing role synchronization in the .03 version and when I changed it only security groups were synchronized. Distribution groups are ignored (not by my choice BTW).

Yep, I changed the group to a security group and now it works!
Fortunately we don't have many distribution groups, I think we can work around it for the time being.

This is exaclty what happen to me.  I have a large goverment installation.  Do you have a fix for the problem?

Jonathan, are your groups Distribution or Security groups?
