Thanks for the fast responses.

I must have the wrong source zip file for 4.09.02, since I cannot find any LiveID .resources file.  I downloaded DotNetNuke_Community_04.09.02_Source.zip from the Downloads page and expanded it.  Searching that expanded folder for *LiveID*  gave me 3 files:

LiveID_01.00.00_Install.zip

LiveID_Install.dnn

DotNetNuke.Authentication.LiveID.dll

LiveID_01.00.00_Install.zip only has 3 ascx files (LogIn, Logoff, and Settings), license.txt, LiveID_Install.dnn, and 2 folders (App_LocalResources and bin).  No LiveID Source Files.resources is in there.  Maybe I used the wrong link, but I used the link from the Downloads page entitled DotNetNuke 4.9.2 Source to get the file.

Thanks for looking at Antonio's example.

Pete

Okay now I see what's happened. Any packaging of the DNN install itself is only going to contain the install versions of a provider/module. It uses the .resources extension on modules that are automatically installed.

Go to the downloads page and scroll down until you find LiveID Provider and download the source version of the provider there.
