This is a 4.9.4 DotNetNuke installation.  I had to install the 1.0.6 version of AD to get rid of the "first time login" error.

Now, I've got things to the point where browsing to WindowsSign.aspx does login the Windows user.

But, is there a way that the user should be logged in automaticall?  I thought that there was, but I cannot figure that out.  Am I missing something?

Thanks.

Joseph, does the site never get redirected to WindowsSignin.aspx automatically? Have you tried to clear your cookies/cache? What OS is your website running on?

The webserver is Windows Server 2003 SP2, Enterprise Ed.

The website doesn't redirect.  Is there some configuration that I've missed to do that?

In your web.config....is there a second <add name="Authentication"..../> in the <httpModules> section that isn't commented out? There should be one at the top that is commented out and one at the end that isn't.

Yes, that's right.  The second one is NOT uncommented.

Any other ideas?
